For years, I've been making this special salsa in my kitchen in Edna, Texas for family and friends. I've never given it to anyone who didn't wind up loving "Sweet Ed's Salsa".
So in the summer of 2009, I figured I'd take it to market and share this old family recipe with the whole world. I think you'll appreciate the unique mix of "sweet" and "heat" as much as I do. And, hopefully, you'll tell a few friends along the way.
