We work hard to ensure that your order is picked and shipped correctly. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute, or to refund your order.

WE ASK YOU TO NOTIFY US OF PROBLEMS BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
Our "Guarantee of Excellence" is your assurance of quality from Sweet Ed's. If we fail to live up to any aspect of our guarantee, we will replace your order or refund your money, provided that you notify us by the next business day after receipt of your order. Do not return any product without first making arrangements with Customer Service. (We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe to be unfounded or fraudulent.)

Shipping


All our orders will ship to you in a foam-packed box via UPS. Orders will ship within 3 business days of being placed.
